Personalization
The wording / images on the plaque can be personalized to your liking to include minor changes such as 1) Name 2) Dates 3) Mam/ Dad/ Sister etc with no extra cost. Write your custom verse carefully, re-read for spelling mistakes, make sure all dates are correct.
Any further personalization will incur a fee of 25 euro.
Icons/ Images
Please also indicate if you would like an icon/ illustration - such as; A rose, a butterfly, Guinness, a paw print.

If you have ordered a personalized picture on your plaque- we will contact you to talk you through sending us the digital image of your loved one. It’s quick and easy and usually done through email or whatsapp.

If this were to occur we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.
If You are Not Happy with Your Plaque-
Unfortunatly if your plaque is not faulty, yet you are still not happy with it, we will be unable to return or refund it. This is a personalised commissioned piece and not eligable for return.
