on the plaque can be personalised to your liking to include your loved one's name, dates etc.
Please also indicate if you would like an icon/ illustration - such as; A rose, a butterfly, Guiness, a paw print/ any premier leauge crest.
You can choose to have your plaque with a stand, or without ( if you would like it to lie flat).
